Prabhjot graduated from Langara College in 2020 and she did Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2018 from Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar. She believes that active rehabilitation will help you to be proactive with your approach to injury management.
She implements a progressive series of exercises based on your goals and needs. Her treatment plans are designed to active weak muscles, re-pattern motor control, reduce symptomatic pain and restore your confidence in your ability to move freely. During her free time, Prabh can be found working out at the gym , and spending time with her family and friends.
